SHIPPING POLICY

It normally takes us 3-7 days to make or process your order. All of our products are made and shipped from China through International Express(DHL/UPS/FEDX/USPS), which takes 7-15 days.

Please note that we have no control over how long customs department holds up your package, nor the fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order. Customers will be responsible for all custom or hidden fees that are applied to the package by the destination country.

We are sorry to hear the product(s) didn’t fit. We are happy to exchange for you. Please ship it back to our return address in the US for a refund, and place a new order as an exchange.

Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange, and make sure that the tag is attached with the receipt. A missing receipt might delay the process of refund, exchange without tags will not be accepted.

Hanfu is a handmade product, not a mass-produced product in a garment factory. In theory, there are no two completely identical Hanfu. The product details page only shows the shape of this Hanfu, especially the embroidery on the Hanfu. It is impossible for tailors to make it 100% the same. Consumers who cannot accept this please do not buy it

CANCELLATION

If order is canceled due to unavailability, you will be 100% refunded. If customers requested a cancellation after the order was placed, 5% credit cancellation fee will be charged.

• If using a washing machine, please place the clothing in a laundry bag.
• Use cold or warm water, with a maximum temperature of 40°C.
